Welcome to McElroy Homestead Farm
In June 2014 Terry’s long time dream of replacing his grandfather’s barn had started to become reality. Terry’s grandfather’s barn was destroyed in 1975 by a fire. Terry had located an old bank barn about 5 miles down the road. It was taken down and reconstructed on the exact spot his grandfather’s barn once proudly stood. This “new” barn’s beams date back to 1865 and 1914. It is a beautiful old restored bank barn.
On a sunny warm day in October of 2017 Terry and Sharon exchanged vows in this beautiful old barn along with family and friends in attendance. The beginning of McElroy Homestead Farm.
Currently Our farm is home to cattle, Gotland sheep, horses, hogs, livestock guardian dogs, cats and farm dogs.
